We are moving to a new facility next month. We have three servers, and twenty five work stations. The equipment will be located in seven offices located on two floors. Can you provide for equipment transportation, and the required cabling?
Absolutely, we will need to do an inspection of your equipment and perform a site visit to your new facility, in order to provide you with an estimate.
We currently have ten stand alone servers supporting about 150 work stations. Some of the equipment is rather old. Can you do an assessment and propose an upgrade, possibly using blade servers?
Yes we can, and as part of the no charge assessment we can provide you with an indication of expected running cost and power savings that you can be expected.
Our firm utilizes about fifty printers. They range from low cost ink cartridge units to high end multifunction color laser devices. We believe cost savings could be achieved if we replaced some of the printers. Is it possible to have someone from your organization review our current equipment and provide us with an upgrade recommendation, and an estimate of expected cost savings?
We can certainly do that, and also help you develop a printer management plan that will enable you to achieve the best utilization of your printer network.
Our firm is extremely dependent on our computer network. While we have not had many failures, the few times the server has been down operations have been totally at a standstill. Is there any way we can try to take a more proactive approach to maintaining system reliability?
Yes there are many ways system reliability can be enhanced. One of which is our specialized monitoring system that keeps track of the health of the equipment on your network 24/7. With these tools, we can proactively detect problems and address them instantly, before they cost your business time any money. Can you provide "Off Site" disaster recovery?
Yes, if you provide us with a description of your equipment we will generate a disaster recovery plan for your consideration.
We are interested in storing sensitive data in a backup secure "Off Site" location. Is this a service you provide?
Yes we would be happy to come to your facility and review the options available to you.
We are opening branch offices in Ohio, Texas, and Washington State; can you support these new locations?
Yes we can deploy equipment, and provide installation and maintenance service to all of the states located within the continental United States.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes, in addition to our regular per incident service, we can customize a service contract that fits your needs. From pre-paid block time, to full annual coverage, CES is flexible and has a contract that works for you.
Do you have technicians or programmers available that we can temporarily contract for to fill an existing or expected requirement we have?
Absolutely - typically we will be able to provide you with resumes of several candidates that we feel will have the experience necessary to satisfy the requirements you have specified. They will be made available for you to interview, and if acceptable they can generally begin work within two weeks. The duration of the contract is at your discretion; however we do require that one week notice be provided to us regarding termination of their services.
Can you service my HP equipment under warranty?
